Haiku is an office asset in an eastern district of central Helsinki. Areim’s goal is to implement a full technical upgrade of the building. We will also modernise and lease out the vacant office spaces and enhance the asset’s attractiveness through exterior facelifts and by adding services such as a restaurant/cafe on the ground floor. After the refurbishment is completed the building will offer around 5,200 square metres of fully modernised lettable space, 80% of which will be offices and the rest retail (restaurant) and storage spaces.
