Letting and Asset Manager, Areim Denmark
Would you like to work in asset management and create value across a growing portfolio of light industrial properties? At Areim, you will have a significant influence on the development of a growing property portfolio. You will join a small Danish team with streamlined decision-making, a high degree of autonomy and close collaboration with specialists across the Nordic organisation. The role offers the opportunity to combine active asset management with responsibility for practical delivery and to take on broader responsibilities as Areim grows in Denmark. As Letting & Asset Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tenant strategies for individual properties and identifying opportunities to create value. You will work closely with the properties and tenants, maintain a strong understanding of the market and translate business plans into tangible results.
Regulatory Specialist
This is an opportunity to take on a broad and business-oriented role with responsibility for coordinating and driving regulatory matters in an entrepreneurial and evolving environment. As a Regulatory Specialist at Areim, you will be part of the Legal & Regulatory team and act as an internal point of contact for regulatory matters. You will coordinate, document and drive regulatory processes forward, working closely with the wider business as well as Areim's control functions. The role is included in the 1st line of defense, whereas 2nd and 3rd line of defense functions are outsourced to external advisors. You will report directly to the Legal and Regulatory Manager and have the opportunity to help shape and develop your role in a team that is currently evolving. The role combines independent responsibility with coordination and collaboration across the organisation, and you will play an important part in ensuring that regulatory matters are identified, followed up and addressed appropriately.
Paralegal
Areim is looking for a Paralegal to join its Legal & Regulatory team in Stockholm. This is an opportunity to take on a broad role combining legal administration as well as governance and regulatory support in a business-oriented and entrepreneurial environment. As a Paralegal at Areim, you will support the Legal & Regulatory team as well as the wider business. Your role will combine recurring processes with ad hoc assignments, with a focus on creating structure, coordinating activities and ensuring high-quality documentation and processes. You will report directly to the Legal and Regulatory Manager and have the opportunity to help shape and develop your role in a team that is currently evolving. For the right candidate, there will be opportunities to gradually take greater ownership of different areas based on experience, strengths and interests.
