Portfolio Analyst
As a Portfolio Analyst, you will be part of Areim's Fund Management team and act as the analytical engine behind how Areim's real estate funds are managed throughout their entire lifecycle. You are a driven and detail-oriented professional who combines analytical sharpness with commercial understanding and relational confidence. You thrive in environments where not everything is set, and you enjoy taking ownership and driving improvements in how the work is done. You will provide the analysis and decision support that enables Fund Managers to make well-founded decisions at the fund level. Based in Stockholm and reporting to the Head of Fund Management, the role offers close exposure to fund strategy, portfolio development, liquidity management, and investment governance, working continuously across multiple functions within the organisation.
Investment Professional
We are now looking to add a talented individual to our Investment team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for executing specific tasks within broader projects and transactions. You would be expected to demonstrate a growing understanding of the real estate market, offer insights and solutions that support team ambitions while progressively taking on more responsibility. Senior Investment Professional
Areim is now looking to strengthen its Investments team with a Senior Investment Professional based in Stockholm, focused on driving strategic initiatives, shaping investment strategy, and ensuring team alignment with Areim’s strategic goals. We assume that you have a strong academic record and a genuine interest of the real estate- and finance sector, experience in generating, executing and managing complex transactions as well as enjoy direct interaction with market participants and investors. This is a senior role with a strong mandate to drive business and originate opportunities, reporting directly to the Co-CEO and based at Areim’s headquarters in central Stockholm.
