Senior Investment Professional
Areim is now looking to strengthen its Investments team with a Senior Investment Professional based in Stockholm, focused on driving strategic initiatives, shaping investment strategy, and ensuring team alignment with Areim’s strategic goals. We assume that you have a strong academic record and a genuine interest of the real estate- and finance sector, experience in generating, executing and managing complex transactions as well as enjoy direct interaction with market participants and investors. This is a senior role with a strong mandate to drive business and originate opportunities, reporting directly to the Co-CEO and based at Areim’s headquarters in central Stockholm.
Executive Assistant & Office Support
We are now looking for an organised and service-minded Executive Assistant & Office Support to join our Office Management team in Stockholm. This is a hands-on and varied role where you will support senior stakeholders, including Partners and parts of the Management Team, while also contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The role requires strong structure, sound judgement, and a high level of discretion. You will work in a professional, fast-paced environment, close to decision-makers, while also being part of a collaborative support team that helps each other and shares responsibility when needed. The role is based in Stockholm, at our head office on the top floor of Regeringsgatan 30.
Asset Manager
We are now looking for a business-oriented Asset Manager to join the Asset Management team in Sweden, working on and developing our growing light industrial portfolio. You will have a broad role and be involved in all aspects of asset management, from idea to completion whilst working alongside with some of the most experienced professionals in the Nordic real asset landscape. The assets are located in Stockholm, but we also have properties in Uppsala, Västerås, Norrköping, Linköping and Gothenburg. Experience and network from either region is appreciated. We focus on developing profitable and sustainable properties and the ability to identify development potential, establish and grow new tenant relationships as well as drive value-creating activities is crucial.
Financial Analyst
We are looking for someone who is analytical, curious, and engaged, with a strong desire to understand both detail and the bigger picture. As a Financial Analyst at Areim, you will be part of a growing finance function focused on financial monitoring, analysis, and reporting for the Areim group. The role offers broad exposure to complex financial structures and involves close collaboration with the CFO, Finance Director, and other senior functions within the organisation. You will work both operationally and project-based, with the opportunity to gradually take on greater responsibility within forecasting, reporting, and the development of models and ways of working. The role suits someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with a fast pace, where new questions and projects continuously arise, giving you the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
