Asset Manager

We are now looking for a business-oriented Asset Manager to join the Asset Management team in Sweden, working on and developing our growing light industrial portfolio. You will have a broad role and be involved in all aspects of asset management, from idea to completion whilst working alongside with some of the most experienced professionals in the Nordic real asset landscape. The assets are located in Stockholm, but we also have properties in Uppsala, Västerås, Norrköping, Linköping and Gothenburg. Experience and network from either region is appreciated. We focus on developing profitable and sustainable properties and the ability to identify development potential, establish and grow new tenant relationships as well as drive value-creating activities is crucial.

Management Associate, Managing Partners

We are now looking for a Management Associate. The Management Associate is a high-exposure, operational role, designed for a proactive, analytical, and execution-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced environment where business meets purpose. You will work in close support of Areim’s two Co-Managing Partners, and senior leadership, contributing to both operational and selected strategic matters. You will play a key role in creating structure, coordination, and follow-through in the day-to-day work close to key decision points. The role combines structured project coordination with hands-on support, including planning, follow-up, and coordination around Management and Partner Group meetings, KPI reporting, presentation and material production, always with the aim of enabling leadership to prioritize and focus on the right topics. The role is based in Stockholm, at our head office on the top floor of Regeringsgatan 30.
