Tech & AI Solutions Lead
We are now looking for a Tech & AI Solutions Lead to strengthen the way technology supports our business. Together with our Transformation Lead, you will become the core of Areim's innovation hub, with responsibilities spanning from our data platform to AI and automation initiatives and the overall systems perspective. As Tech & AI Solutions Lead, you will play a key role in Areim Forward Studio, understanding our system landscape, and seeing how different solutions affect the business and create value over time. You work closely and in continuous dialogue with the business, management and external partners across various initiatives. Among your responsibilities, you will define the requirements and drive development of our data platform, which is already underway, while gradually building up more knowledge and ownership within Areim.
Investment Professional
We are now looking to add a talented individual to our Investment team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for executing specific tasks within broader projects and transactions. You would be expected to demonstrate a growing understanding of the real estate market, offer insights and solutions that support team ambitions while progressively taking on more responsibility. To thrive in the role, you have a strong self-leadership, appreciate personal responsibility and a fun and dynamic company culture. Senior Investment Professional
Areim is now looking to strengthen its Investments team with a Senior Investment Professional based in Stockholm, focused on driving strategic initiatives, shaping investment strategy, and ensuring team alignment with Areim’s strategic goals. We assume that you have a strong academic record and a genuine interest of the real estate- and finance sector, experience in generating, executing and managing complex transactions as well as enjoy direct interaction with market participants and investors. This is a senior role with a strong mandate to drive business and originate opportunities, reporting directly to the Co-CEO and based at Areim’s headquarters in central Stockholm.
