Analyst to our data centre team
We are seeking a business minded and detail-oriented analyst to join our expanding data centre team at Areim. This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the rapidly growing sector. As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate closely with various departments within Areim as well as external partners to drive our data centre initiatives forward. The role includes a broad scope within real estate private equity, including investment activities, reporting, and fund-raising activities, ensuring a steep learning curve. The position is based in Stockholm where you report to Head of Investments Sweden.
Commercial Project Developer
Join us as a Commercial Project Developer and become a key player in our Asset Management team. Your primary responsibilities include actively participating in due diligence processes, managing capex investments, serving as a developer's representative in significant contracts, and supporting Asset Managers in planning and executing energy efficiency projects, tenant adaptations, and developments. Your expertise in sustainable development and project management is crucial for our journey towards sustainable and profitable projects. This position is located in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Asset Management, Sweden.
Legal counsel
We are currently in search of a Legal counsel to join our regulatory team in Stockholm. As our Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business operations across a wide range of legal matters. This will include work in general contract law (including IT), AML, GDPR, and corporate law. Your key responsibilities and tasks include assisting the organization with governance matters, reviewing and drafting agreements, as well as evaluating legal risks. You will also formulate and draft guidelines, policies and instructions and provide advice and training in relevant areas to colleagues.
