Erottajankatu 15–17 is a historic property located in central Helsinki. Originally the property was designed by architect Hugo Emil Saurén and was built for residential purposes. The building later housed a cinema for over 70 years, which is why the property is best known as the House of Adams. Today the property is primarily leased by an office hotel that takes up to six floors and there are retail premises on the ground floor. The building was renovated in 2019–2020.
