Ankarhagen is a property company that acquires and manages properties with a focus on warehouse and light industrial use. The company is also involved in project development of previously unused land, where it builds new premises for existing and new tenants. The properties are located in central Sweden. The Group owns a total of 40 properties with a combined lettable area of 110,000 square metres and some 500,000 square metres of zoned undeveloped land. Ankarhagen launched its business in 2011 and is owned by the company’s founder alongside Areim, Holmströmgruppen and key employees. Areim entered as owner in December 2021 with a minority ownership of 20%.
