When do you get the best out of your work, when is it the most fun?
When you see happy and satisfied customers when all the promises we make get fulfilled. A big smile is the best reward The fun part of my work is when I get possibilities to develop different service products which help or give enjoyable moments to a normal work day but the same time that can be part of our sustainability goals. When I work on some pilot project, I don’t know if it will be successful. This creative problem-solving is enjoyable to me.
