GRESB results 2026

We are pleased to share that all three Areim funds improved their scores in the 2026 GRESB assessment.
Fund III returned to the top tier with a five-star rating and a score of 92 points, an increase of six points from last year. Fund IV achieved a four-star rating and 88 points, while Fund V retained its three-star rating and increased its score to 83 points.
Areim Fund III: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 92 points (+6)
Areim Fund IV: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 88 points (+2)
Areim Fund V: ⭐⭐⭐ 83 points (+1)
The results reflect our long-term commitment to sustainability and the ongoing efforts across the organisation to future-proof our assets. Strong performance in global sustainability benchmarks such as GRESB is an important way of measuring progress and identifying opportunities for further improvement. It also supports our ambition to create sustainable growth and long-term value, and we are encouraged by the progress achieved across our funds this year.
