GRESB provides a comprehensive benchmark to assess sustainability efforts, identify areas for improvement, and highlight accomplishments. This year, we have been rewarded for our sustainability governance structure, improvements in climate risk assessment, and efforts to enhance the coverage and quality of our energy consumption data.

Fund III and Fund IV have each received a 4⭐-rating, reflecting a positive result. Fund V achieved an increased point score this year and was awarded a 3⭐-rating.

One of our key enablers for sustainable growth is achieving a top-tier position in international benchmarks. We are pleased that in the 2025 GRESB assessment, our commitment to high standards is once again reflected in the results!
