Sjöstadsbo is a residential development project consisting of 800 tenant-owned apartments in Hammarby Sjöstad. Sjöstadsbo includes three residential projects in Fredriksdal, two residential projects and a school in Godsvagnen.
The properties were acquired in a joint venture with Skanska in December 2013 and additional land was acquired from Stockholm City in 2016.
All of the apartments in Fredriksdal have been successfully sold.
