Pieni Roobertinkatu 12-13, Helsinki, Finland
Gloria is a historic property that was built between 1928 and 1930. It is located in the Kaartinkaupunki of Helsinki, about a kilometre from the central railway station. The property complex, designed by architect Georg Nummelin, has a total lettable area of around 7,000 square metres.
Gloria consists of two different buildings and was once home to the Swedish Pharmacists Association. The property includes apartments and a sports hall, but primarily provides business premises for small retail outlets and offices. Areim plans to invest significantly in Gloria’s unique properties in the coming years.
