The focus is on investments with multiple value-enhancing opportunities. The funds are typically eight to twelve-year vehicles with a three-year investment period.

The Areim team consists of ca 30 professionals focused on acquisitions, asset management, development and leasing. The team has extensive experience from the real estate market, asset management, investment banking and fund management – both in Sweden and internationally.

The Areim culture is characterized by an exceptional drive, a flat hierarchy and a sound freedom.
