Education plays a critical role in building prosperous societies

While we specialise in properties, we recognise that the design and maintenance of school premises significantly impact students’ academic performance and mental health. We take pride in our actions and we want to take a greater responsibility beyond merely leasing out school premises.

We have therefore launched Joyful Learning, an initiative focused on contributing to SDG4 and ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education. The goal is to create lasting social value ​​at the intersection of children’s safety and wellbeing and the physical environment at school. To achieve this, we are engaging with students, educators and a diverse range of experts. Together we can help create safe and well thought-out educational spaces and fill them with content that creates optimal conditions for all children, regardless of their background.

Strategic partnerships and collaborations

To accelerate transformative solutions, we have partnered with Friends, a non-profit organisation dedicated to preventing bullying, and with Mathivation which supports students in improving their mathematics skills, boosting their self-confidence and bridging the gap between the academic and business worlds. Additionally, our close ties with UNICEF further strengthen our educational focus. Since 2016, we have been supporting UNICEF’s efforts to provide opportunities for children’s development, education and healthcare in Malawi, one of the world’s poorest countries.

Through our shared knowledge and desire to improve education, we can create a better future for our children and society as a whole – together.
