Ångtvätten 22 is a large office building located on the waterfront on the island Stora Essingen in Stockholm. We are transforming Ångtvätten into a modern and attractive office building..
We are also putting a lot of effort into developing the area surrounding the property – the green spaces, walkways, jetties, and outdoor lighting – to create a beautiful, lush and safe area for tenants as well as those living at Stora Essingen to enjoy.
In addition to building our own jetty, we are planting meadow flowers on a sloping area to increase well-being and biodiversity.
The property was certified BREEAM In USE Very Good in 2023.
