Areim is growing and is now strengthening its team in Finland with two senior recruitments, Toni Loimijoki and Kaarle Lehtinen. Both recruitments are strategically important to keep develop and strengthen Areim’s business in the Finnish market. Kaarle joined Areim in April and Toni starts on 3 May.
Toni Loimijoki joins Areim in May and will be a part of the Investments team in Helsinki. Toni comes directly from Nordanö in Helsinki, where he was titled Director, leading major real estate transactions in the Finnish market for domestic and international clients. He also has experience working at Catella with property valuations.
– Areim is a very interesting company with an excellent reputation and track record, as well as a very strong team. I find the value-add investment segment particularly interesting, with a lot of opportunities to be taken, and possibilities to leave a mark. Areim being pan-Nordic is also a plus for me. I am really looking forward to joining the team, says Toni Loimijoki.
Kaarle Lehtinen joined Areim in April as an Asset Manager, working with asset development and leasing. Kaarle has approximately 12 years of experience in the industry and prior to joining Areim he worked in the aviation industry. Before that, Kaarle worked with asset management and transactions at Exilion, Genesta, and Kenmore Property Group for 10 years in total.
– I am very happy to have joined the team. For me, it is important to have an employer that allows me to develop and be involved in different projects and parts of the business. At Areim, the work environment is flexible and dynamic, and I think I have a lot to learn from both my new colleagues and from the exciting projects we work with, says Kaarle Lehtinen.
– We are delighted to have both Toni and Kaarle onboard, strengthening our team with extensive experience, new energy, and a desire to develop both themselves and the company. We see great opportunities in the market and by recruiting the right people for our team, we are expanding the possibilities to take these opportunities, says Markus Laine, Head of Areim in Finland.
