Areim reinforces in Finland with two recruitments
7 September 2021Areim continues its growth in Finland and is welcoming two new employees to the team, Laura Kemppinen, and Maximilian Rewell. Both started in August and have become a part of the Finnish Areim team, which today consists of 11 employees based at the office in Helsinki.
Laura Kemppinen joined Areim on 30 August in the new role as Head of Asset Management, Finland. Before joining Areim, Laura worked as Portfolio Director at Antilooppi, with the responsibility of a value-add asset portfolio for significant development projects. Laura has 11 years of experience in real estate, of which eight years in asset management at Antilooppi, Genesta, and Newsec.

On the investment side, Maximilian Rewell has joined on 16 August. Prior to joining Areim, Maximilian worked in CBRE’s Capital Markets team based in Helsinki focusing on real estate transaction advisory with domestic and international clients. He also has previous experience in banking and private wealth management.

Areim currently consists of more than 65 employees in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and the United Kingdom, of which 11 are based in Finland.
