The Finland residential portfolio consists of 17 residential buildings with a total of almost 900 rental apartments geographically spread across Finland. Most of the buildings are situated in the Helsinki metropolitan area and other large cities such as Turku, Tampere and Oulu. The rest are in regional growth centres. Almost all properties were built after 1990 and six of them in the 2000s.
The buildings and rental apartments are actively managed with a sustainability focus to ensure good technical conditions and high tenant satisfaction.
