One of our company’s strengths is that we are a close-knit group. I often get involved at an early stage of a project and, together with the tenant and the project manager, I will always try to adapt our team to meet the client’s needs.
I work best when I can be creative together with the tenant. The tenant may describe something which at first does not seem possible. Then, we have to try to work out how we can meet their demands in a realistic way.
