Vaksala-Eke
The property Vaksala-Eke 3:2 is a new modern light industrial area situated north west of Uppsala close to the exit of the highway E4. There used to be a brickyard in the area and the original property from 1967 remains. Between 2011-2019 8 additional buildings were built in the area and we will develop two more during the next coming years.
Project development
There is an opportunity to develop the area and we want to build two more modern light industrial buildings with a total of 2634 sqm (1500 sqm + 1134 sqm) that can be adapted to the tenants’ needs and wishes.
As part of our long-term sustainability strategy for our light industrial properties, we are evaluating environmental certification of the property as well as the possibilities for geotechnical facilities. Our ambition is to start construction as early as May 2021 and tenants to start moving in around the turn of the year 2021/2022.
