Sjöstadsbo

The properties in Sjöstadsbo were acquired in connection with a joint venture with Skanska in December 2013. Sjöstadsbo is a housing development project of more than 800 homes in Hammarby Sjöstad. Within Sjöstadsbo, housing is developed in three projects in Fredriksdal and two projects and a preschool in Godsvagnen.

Fredriksdal & The village

In Fredriksdal, admissions started in March 2016 and all homes are now sold. In Godsvagnen admissions started in August 2018 and sales are ongoing under the brand The Village Sthlm.

Environmental certification: All residential projects (3 in Fredriksdal and 2 in Godsvagnen) are environmental certified according to “Svanen” as is the pre-school in Godsvagnen.
