Kravattitehdas

Areim acquired the properties Elimäenkatu 9 and Elimäenkatu 15 in the summer 2017. Elimäenkatu 9a was built in 1926 and 1929 a tie factory was established in the property. The building was later expanded and a scarf factory was set up.

In 2018 Kravattitehdas was renovated into a high-quality office building and today it is a modern office building with facilities creatively tailormade to meet the tenant’s needs.
