The property Brädstapeln 16 was acquired in spring 2014 and sold in 2019. Through the development of the block Brädstapeln and Trygg-Hansa-huset, a new hub was created on Kungsholmen. Our vision for Brädstapeln was to create emotions and attract people to meeting, a vibrant place with shops, cafes and restaurants. We wanted to create a living neighborhood that leaves an imprint on the Stockholm cityscape.

A living space

Designed by the French architect Manuelle Gautrand and the Swedish architectural office Equator, the proposal was developed in close cooperation with the City Planning Office and the zoning plan was approved by the City Planning Board on April 18, 2018.

Environmental certification: Brädstapeln has received BREEAM certification for In-Use – Very good.
