Ångtvätten 22 was acquired in 2019. The office property of about 40,000 sqm is located on the island Stora Essingen. The property consists of three built-up parts with an original part from 1939 and extensions from the 80s and 90s. The location is very attractive with piers and promenades along Essingefjärden.

At the property there are 400 parking spaces including a garage. Essingeleden is nearby with good public transport links in the form of tram and buses.

Here we want to create beautiful and lush areas, such as terraces and glass houses on the roofs that can serve as meeting rooms. The property should have a modern and flexible service for the tenants.
