FUNDS

We currently manage four funds on behalf of some of the world’s largest institutional investors. Our investment strategy targets underperforming properties in the Nordic region.

Our discretionary mandate, transparent framework, and limited ownership structure offer us a distinct advantage.

A diverse group of institutional investors from the Nordics, Europe, Asia and Middle East are committed to the fund. Areim Fund IV will invest in office and residential, light industrial and data centres.
