AREIM FUND I
Areim Fund I has a 2007 vintage. A capital base of 225 million EUR was raised from three of the world’s largest institutional investors.
Areim Fund I has owned office properties in Kista, Hammarby Sjöstad, and Stadshagen, a residential property, at Västermalms Strand in Stockholm and retail properties in several mid-tier Swedish towns and cities.
AREIM FUND II
Areim’s second property fund, Areim Fund II, has a 2013 vintage with a capital base of 321 million EUR.
Areim Fund II invests in Sweden, mainly in Stockholm, focusing on development office, commercial and residential properties. The fund is an eight-year vehicle with a three-year investment horizon and a total investment volume of approximately SEK 6-7 billion when fully committed.
AREIM FUND III
Areim Fund III has a 2016 vintage with a capital base of 428 million EUR. Similar to its predecessor funds, Areim Fund III is backed by leading Swedish and international institutions.
AREIM FUND IV
Areims Fund IV was closed during 2019 with EUR 685 million of commitments, including EUR 150 million of co-investment capital. A diverse group of institutional investors from the Nordics, Europe, Asia and Middle East are committed to the fund. Areim Fund IV will invest in office and residential, light industrial and data centres.
