Areim Fund II has acquired Hansa in central Malmö. The acquisition comprises two properties including retail, offices, residential apartments, and a garage, in total 41 400 sqm. Hansa has a historically strong commercial location in Malmö.
”Hansa, the first Areim Fund II acquisition in Malmö, presents a good combination of existing cash flow together with value add opportunities. We see great development potential within the retail component while the office and residential components also provide interesting opportunities”, says Mikael Hesselvall, responsible for the transaction at Areim.
Hansa is Areim Fund II’s fourth acquisition and is well in line with the Fund’s investment strategy. Areim has partnered with HEA Property Partners in this acquisition.
