Areim Fund II acquires the property Brahelund 2 in Frösunda, Stockholm from Commerz Real. The property, also known as Solna Port, is a modern and flexible office property with a newly built restaurant and gym. The total lettable area is ca 41 000 sqm, of which ca 18 000 sqm office premises are vacant today.

Solna is one of the fastest growing municipalities in Sweden and Solna Port is situated in a commercially expansive area close to Stockholm CBD. Oracle, Qbranch and Liber are some examples of well established companies being tenants in the property.
