Areim Fund II has a strategy to invest in Sweden, mainly focusing on office projects in the greater Stockholm market. The acquisition of the Chocolate Factory, with both value add potential and existing cash flow, is well in line with our strategy for the fund, says Therese Rattik, CEO of Areim.
