Areim has acquired a storage and office property comprising approximately 9,300 sqm lettable area in Sävedalen Industrial area in Partille municipality. With this acquisition, Areim expands its portfolio within the light industrial sector in Gothenburg after the first acquisition in September 2022. The seller is L-Å Eveberg Fastighetsutveckling AB.

The property consists of two high quality buildings, fully let to a mix of attractive tenants.

With this acquisition, Areim expands the Swedish light industrial portfolio in Greater Stockholm, Uppsala, and Gothenburg to approximately 50 properties and a total lettable area of about 185,000 sqm. This portfolio also includes a significant volume of unused building rights as well as ongoing development of new buildings.
