Areim acquires office asset in Helsinki
14 February 2022Areim has acquired the office building Kaikukatu 3 A located in Helsinki’s vibrant inner-city area, Sörnäinen-Kallio. The approximately 6 000 sqm building was acquired from Valio Pension Fund and will now undergo a comprehensive refurbishment.

The property provides clear value add opportunities in the developing area of Sörnäinen and Kallio in line with Areim’s office investment strategy. Once the refurbishment project is complete, the asset will comprise sustainable, modern office premises and an underground parking garage.
