Areim has acquired the light industrial property Priorparken 839, Brøndby, located 11 km from Copenhagen City Square. Priorparken is a gated logistic and light industrial area ideally located next to the Copenhagen highway system. The approximately 15 000 sqm property provides value add opportunities both in form of vacant areas and potential building rights.
