”I work best when I can be creative together with tenants.”
”One of our company’s strengths is that we are a close-knit group. I often get involved at an early stage of a project and, together with the tenant and the project manager, I will always try to adapt our team to meet the client’s needs.
I work best when I can be creative together with the tenant. The tenant may describe something which at first does not seem possible. Then, we have to try to work out how we can meet their demands in a realistic way. In Kista, where I am responsible for leasing, one of our tenants had a very specific request: They needed a building that was nine meters high but only eight by eight meters wide. The company, Cellmax, develops radio masts, and the space with the unusual dimensions was going to be used for radiation measurements.
The solution was adding an annex with the specified dimensions to the existing office building. It took a lot of work sorting it out, but that’s the fun part of my job: trying to achieve what the client needs – and making a profit.”
