Lindhagensgatan 72-76, Stockholm, Sweden
Gångaren 10, also known as LindhagensPorten, is situated at the entrance of Lindhagensplan and Västra Kungsholmen. LindhagensPorten is easily accessible by car via Essingeleden or by public transportation via both the blue and green underground lines.
Västra Kungsholmen is currently one of Stockholm’s most expansive areas, and will soon have approximately 35000 new workplaces and 5 000 new flats and houses.
The property consists of several linked buildings of two to seven floors, plus two underground levels of garage. There is a multi-storey car park at the back of the main buildings, facing Lindhagensplan. The building was originally constructed as a car show room and workshop, and later on Scania-Vabis and Volkswagen were marketed there. After an initial facelift in 1960, a total renovation was carried out in the early 1990’s, when Securitas moved into tailor-made premises.
