The property Brädstapeln, is a five minute walk from the Central Station at, intersection of Fleminggatan and Scheelegatan. Brädstapeln was constructed in 1974-1975 by Anders Tengbom and Stefan Salamon, to serve as the headquarters for the Insurance Group Trygg-Hansa.
The property consists of an eight storey brick building in the west, three glass hexagon shaped sections in the northeast, a two story high pavilion in the southeast and the park between the pavilion and the glass building. There is a car park in connection to the property.
The interior is light and modern with flexible office space.
Brädstapeln was certified according to BREEAM In Use in January 2017.
