Areim continues to grow in the Nordic market and has recruited Caroline Temse as Head of Financing. Caroline has over 20 years of experience in real estate and finance, of which 15 years were in the real estate sector at SEB. She joins Areim after the summer.

Caroline Temse has over 20 years of experience from the real estate and finance sector. Her latest position was the interim Finance Controller at Atrium Ljungberg. Prior to that, Caroline spent 15 years at SEB in various roles within the real estate sector, most recently as a Client Executive within the Large Corporates & Financial division.

“It feels exciting to change from the banking and finance side to the investor side. Areim is a professional and well-established property owner and fund manager with a good track record, strong underlying investors, and not least a driven and competent organisation. I look forward to getting to know and work with my new colleagues at Areim. With my experience in banking and finance, I also hope to be able to bring new competence and perspectives to the team,” says Caroline Temse.
