Areim has recruited Martin Stenbjerg Jensen to join the investment team in Denmark. Martin joined Areim in August and will primarily be working with transactions in the Danish market, but also across the Nordics.

Martin has five years of experience in real estate. Most recently he worked with Catella Investment Management where he was involved in the light industrial mandate and had a project manager role in the development of the micro-living development Kaktus Towers in Copenhagen city.

Areim has 100+ employees working in offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, and London. Earlier this year, Areim announced the closing of its fifth fund, Areim Fund V, with EUR 877 million in committed capital. Areim Fund V will invest in value-add real estate with a focus on the light industrial, office, and residential sectors across the Nordics.
