Areim has signed an agreement to buy all shares in Magnolia Bostad AB’s holding company HAM Nordic AB from Holmströmgruppen. The agreement means that Areim gains control of 100% of the company, where the focus going forward is to create the best possible conditions for the long-term sustainable growth of the company.

Magnolia Bostad was previously owned 50% by Areim, 35.5% by Holmström Fastigheter, and 14.5% by Holmströmgruppen.
