Areim leases 5,000 square meters to CONVENDUM
25 April 2019In February 2020, CONVENDUM will move into the Areim-owned property Brädstapeln on Kungsholmen and open the 14th out of 20 planend offices in Sweden. The company, which creates modern and attractive co-working spaces in central business districts, will lease approximately 5,000 square meters at the premises. With the inclusion of CONVENDUM, Areim further steps up the development of Brädstapeln into Kungsholmen’s newest commercial hub.
“CONVENDUM is a forward-looking company and a superb addition to our growing list of confirmed tenants moving into the property. We have a few vacant spaces left and are currently in talks with several prospective tenants,” says Erik Ullsten, the manager in charge at property owner Areim.
