Areim Fond II – 50% Owner of New Residential Development in Hammarby Sjöstad
9 December 2013– Fredriksdal is the first phase of a major project which will ultimately provide the City of Stockholm with ca 700 new sustainability certified units, says Helena Ekström, portfolio manager at Areim. We look forward to starting a five year long intensive project together with Skanska.
There is an enormous demand for additional housing in Stockholm. Fredriksdal will offer waterfront housing with a sales process scheduled to start already in January 2014.

Our goal is to build attractive, modern housing that naturally links the City of Stockholm with Hammarby Sjöstad. Västermalms Strand, our joint venture project with Skanska in Western Kungsholmen, serves as a good reference project in both design and business model, says Therese Rattik, CEO at Areim.
