As a response to positive growth and geographical expansion, Areim further strengthens its team with the recruitment of two highly sought-after candidates.

Erika Olsén joins the team in the new year. She arrives from the publicly listed Castellum where she is CIO. Olsén was previously partner at Tenzing, a company which she helped build from its inception.

Erika Olsén will primarily work with new business and business development at Areim.

Helena Weinz is the new Fund Manager in charge of Areim Fund II. She has extensive experience in the real estate industry, including from AMF Fastigheter, and a broad range of skills spanning transactions, project development and financing.
