Areim again succeeds at attracting equity commitments from leading Swedish and international institutions as it closes its third consecutive value-add fund – ca SEK 2 000 million
Areim Fund II acquires the property Brahelund 2 in Frösunda, Stockholm from Commerz Real. The property, also known as Solna Port, is a modern and flexible office property with a newly built restaurant and gym. The total lettable area is ca 41 000 sqm, of which ca 18 000 sqm office premises are vacant today.
Areim sells Gångaren 10, also called Lindhagensporten, on behalf of Areim Fond I to global investment manager Invesco Real Estate via its local partner, Scius Partners. The property ties Kungsholmen and Lindhagensgatan together and thus creates the most attractive location at Lindhagen.
