The following are examples of current projects where we are involved in improving Stockholm City and surrounding areas.
LindhagensPorten, aka Gångaren 10, is the gateway to the most expanding area in the city centre, located at Lindhagensplan. LindhagensPorten is currently undergoing a complete shell and core refurbishment.
When we took over Kista One, Färöarna 3, at Jan Stenbecks torg in 2007, it was obvious that the building was more than 20 years old. The location – adjacent to the entrance to Kista Galleria and in close proximity to Kistamässan – was excellent, but a large part of the property's technical installations needed an overhaul. Since then, Kista One, which covers an area of approx. 40 000 square metres, has undergone a complete shell and core refurbishment in order to create a functional and modern office building.
